REFUND POLICY

In Impression flower shop, we care about you, our commitment to Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for each flower bouquet delivered to your beloved ones. If you find any dissatisfaction with the delivered flowers, rest assured that we will arrange for a replacement. 

For any concerns related to your order, we encourage you to reach out to Customer Care Centre within 12 hours hours of delivery info@impressionflowers.net 

We stand by our promise of on-time delivery, and in cases where delays occur within our control, please contact info@impressionflowers.net  customer service for assistance. It's important to note that Impression Flowers Shop cannot be held responsible for a refund in cases where incorrect recipient information has been provided.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, Please be advised that any refunds may take up to 7-10 working days. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your order 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, we’ll do our best to process the cancellation and you may be eligible for a full refund.
